This Privacy Policy describes how "Blur History" (also known as "模糊回忆", hereinafter referred to as "the Extension") handles your data. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency in how our extension operates to comply with Google Chrome Web Store requirements.

1. Information Collection and Use

We do not collect, transmit, distribute, or sell your personal data. The Extension operates entirely locally on your device (within your browser). Its core function is to identify and blur specified webpage elements based on your configured rules to prevent accidental privacy exposure during screen recording, screen sharing, or live streaming.

2. Permissions Required

To function properly, the Extension requires the following permissions:

• Storage: We use the storage permission to save your custom protection rules and configurations (such as specific domains and element XPaths) locally in your browser.
• Host Permissions / Content Scripts: The Extension requires access to the webpages you visit to execute content scripts. These scripts use MutationObserver to detect and visually blur elements according to your customized rules. The Extension only modifies the visual presentation of the page and does not read, collect, or safely transmit the content of the pages you visit to any external server.

3. Data Storage

All data, including your custom visual blocking rules and extension settings, is stored locally within your browser using the local Storage API. The developer does not have access to this data, nor is it ever uploaded to any external servers or third-party services.

4. Third-Party Services

The Extension does not use any third-party analytics, tracking, or telemetry services.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect new features or comply with updated regulations. Any changes will be reflected in this document and updated in the Chrome Web Store.

2. 需要的权限

为了正常运行，本插件需要以下权限：

• 主机权限 / Content Scripts (内容脚本)：本插件需要访问您打开的网页以注入并执行核心逻辑脚本。这些脚本依靠 MutationObserver 监听页面变化，并根据您的规则对目标元素进行视觉上的模糊处理和点击拦截。本插件仅修改页面的视觉呈现效果，绝不会读取、收集您的隐私数据，更不会将网页内容传输至任何外部服务器。

3. 数据存储

所有数据（包括您的自定义规则分组和偏好设置）均通过浏览器本地存储 API 直接保存在您的本地设备上。开发者无法访问这些数据，也不会将其上传到任何云端服务器或第三方服务。

4. 第三方服务

本插件纯净无广告，未使用任何第三方分析、用户行为跟踪或遥测服务。
